I purchased the four-slot version.
It shipped on time and looks like the photo, but I had difficulties inserting the attachments into the slots—it's a super tight fit, to the point where it scrapes my attachments.
I reached out to the shop and they were super nice and said I could return for a refund and they will take my comments into consideration but I was the first person who voiced this concern. They make it tight to anticipate future loosening.
I think what it boils down to, is I was expecting the ease of insertion that I have with my Dyson's accompanying holder, and that's not the case here.
I'm keeping it, as I didn't see a version out there that is similar to the one that comes with the Dyson, and I'll just insert the attachments that don't get used often.

I would buy from the shop again, just not this product.
