For states and areas that require round limits for semi auto shotgun hunting this plug is for you.  The groove in the bottom slides into the groove of the spring footer, and the unit goes in between the springs to the bottom of the follower. It allows for 2 rounds, and a little bit of push down room, but not enough for a 3rd round to fit, but enough for it to rack and cycle correctly. I recommend hitting the bottom groove with some hot glue, to help keep it from coming loose and rattling around.
