This wall mount is designed to hold an SNES by the bottom groove as pictured above. There are 2 screw hole mounting points on each hook.
Steps:

1. Place the hooks into the holes on the SNES.
2. (Optional) Put a small command strip on each of the hooks so it would be easier to level and screw in.
3. Drill a hole in the wall with a 3/32 bit.
4. Finally use 2 of the #6 x 1" screws pictured above to screw the hooks to the wall.
